Command / Reports
Reports¶
Find uploaded structured battle reports and open a report to inspect its details.
At a glance¶
Route: /workspaces/{workspace_id}/reports.
Who can open this page: collection. The workspace must have enabled entitlement and an active, verified membership; ownership does not bypass verification. Sign in with Discord. Sidebar visibility is separate from endpoint permission. This documentation never submits workspace requests.
What you see¶
The table shows Attacker alliance, Attacker account, Defender alliance, Defender account, Operation and Timestamp. It does not print subject, village coordinates, troop lines or statistics; those belong to Report Details. Deff/Off alliance and account filters use literal case-insensitive substring matches. Deff/Off coords are exact coordinate filters. After and Before filter report time inclusively. Apply submits the filters; Clear retains the page size and clears them. Previous/Next preserve filters. Page size defaults to 50; no visible size selector or sorting controls are rendered. Rows open details by click, Enter or Space; individual available game-profile links navigate separately.
Who fills in each field¶
| Field or data | What it means | Who fills it in | Can it be changed here? | When it updates |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Report timestamp and parties | List shows collected attacker/defender account and alliance plus report timestamp; subject, village coordinates and troops are detail-only. Roster supplies optional game profile IDs. | extension-collected, roster-ingest |
Read-only | Accepted report upload; roster hydration on page read |
| Operation association | Optional operation call assignment of a report within the workspace. | signed-in-member |
Read-only here; change on Report Details | Report association update |
| Filters and pagination | Attacker/defender alliance, account, coordinates, After/Before and paging operate on the current workspace report list. | signed-in-member, backend-derived |
Filter criteria only; Apply, Clear and Previous/Next | Filter submit or page navigation |

Freshness and updates¶
The connected extension supplies structured reports when the implemented report capture runs. The current collector interprets the report’s visible date/time as UTC. The upload schema supplies UTC for a naive timestamp and removes microseconds; it preserves an explicit offset. Timestamp displays seconds without a timezone suffix, not ingestion time or proof of live state; no observed-at/last-upload column is displayed. A matching upload key (workspace, subject, time, party accounts and coordinates) replaces its collected rows/information/statistics, preserving its association. Roster hydration on each read adds game profile IDs and village labels without recomputing combat values. Reloading reruns the filters, newest report time then ID first.
Actions and permissions¶
Who can perform each action / Who can take action: each actor below needs the exact grant and conditions, independently of page visibility. All writes retain workspace scoping; same-origin checks apply as listed.
| Action | Actor | Permission |
|---|---|---|
| Filter/open report | signed-in-member | Verified collection, enabled entitlement; report ID scoped to workspace |
In Trapitan, set filters and choose Apply, or open a matching row. An Operation value is read-only here; use Report Details to change it. The list does not provide a manual upload or combat-data editor.
States and edge cases¶
No reports uploaded yet is the unfiltered empty state; No reports match these filters appears for an empty filtered result. Missing alliance and operation show —. Available matching roster IDs enable game profile links; account labels remain collected values. Invalid coordinate format/timestamps return 422, as does After later than Before. Datetime-local values without an offset are interpreted as UTC, not your browser’s timezone; offsets normalize to UTC. Bounds include exact equality. Negative offsets are clamped to zero; limit accepts 1–50. An out-of-range offset can show an empty page with a retained nonzero total. Unknown combat data is only visible in details.
