Settings

Review your workspace details and configure its clock; workspace deletion is reserved for the owner.

At a glance

In Trapitan: /workspaces/{workspace_id}/settings.

Who can open this page: Verified manage_members and enabled entitlement.

What you see

Open Settings from the profile menu in Trapitan. The page shows your linked Travian account, the server, an owner label and Server Clock controls. The workspace name appears in the surrounding shell. The current Settings page has no workspace-name editor. An owner also sees a Danger Zone disclosure with Delete workspace; non-owner managers do not see it. There are no ownership-transfer or leave-workspace controls.

Who fills in each field

The current account comes from your active membership, rather than a selector on this screen. The owner label uses display name, then email, then Unassigned if neither is available. Server and owner are read-only. A workspace-manager can change the saved clock settings. Workspace-name changes have an implemented manager endpoint, but no editor is rendered on this page.

Field or data What it means Who fills it in Can it be changed here? When it updates
Workspace name Persisted workspace name appears in the shell; the rename endpoint exists, but this Settings template has no name editor. workspace-manager Read-only here; manage_members through the rename endpoint Page load / rename endpoint submission
Server and owner Server cannot be changed; owner relationship is not a grantable role. workspace-owner, backend-derived Read-only Page load from latest recorded values
Clock settings Default server baseline or configured integer hour offset; presentation configuration, no public-docs live clock. workspace-manager manage_members Clock setting submit
Travian account Your active linked Travian account on this workspace's server; this page cannot select another account. backend-derived Read-only Page load from active membership

Calculations

No derived values on this page.

Freshness and updates

Loading Settings reads stored workspace, membership and owner information. Saving the clock redirects back to Settings. Default uses Europe/London time with daylight saving (UTC in winter, UTC+1 in summer); fixed mode uses a whole-hour UTC offset. These settings control the platform status-bar clock, not a live clock in this guide or the UTC invitation expiry.

Actions and permissions

Who can take action: The actor and permission for each action are listed below. Who can perform each action depends on the server's checks, independently of whether navigation or a button is visible.

Action Actor Permission
Rename workspace workspace-manager Verified manage_members, enabled entitlement and same origin; endpoint exists but no rename control is rendered here
Change clock workspace-manager Verified manage_members, enabled entitlement and same origin
Delete workspace workspace-owner Direct owner equality and verified membership; same origin; manager grants do not authorize deletion

In Trapitan, choose the default clock or Use fixed UTC offset and save. The fixed input accepts integer hours from -12 to +14. Selecting default clears the stored fixed offset. An out-of-range offset submitted to the handler becomes unset rather than being clamped; a missing fixed offset falls back to the default clock baseline.

Rename is an endpoint-only action in the current interface: it trims surrounding whitespace, rejects a blank name or more than 120 characters, and changes only the workspace name. Do not look for a rename button on this page.

In Trapitan — permanent deletion: Only a verified workspace-owner can expand Danger Zone and submit Delete workspace. The current control has a disclosure and warning, but no typed-name input; the current handler performs no workspace-name comparison. Successful deletion returns to Choose a workspace. It permanently deletes workspace data through the existing cascade, while shared Travian roster reference data is retained. There is no cascade-count preview or undo control.

States and edge cases

View, clock and rename require enabled entitlement plus verified manage_members authorization (the owner has implicit authorization but still needs verification). Owner deletion separately checks direct owner identity and verified active membership; a manage_members grant alone cannot authorize it. That deletion gate does not require enabled entitlement, although opening Settings does. Rename, clock and deletion reject cross-origin submissions. Failed name validation re-renders Settings without changing the name; the current template has no name-error field to display the supplied error. If your account label is absent, this page does not provide account repair or relinking. Disabled entitlement, revoked access or missing verification can block the page even when a URL was saved.
